 We have a flat rate shipping fee of $8.50 for small items or $11.50 on most other items.  Depending on the weight of the item/s you may pay up to $20.00 for a track and trace delivery.

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. You will receive an email to confirm your shipment with tracking details.

Delivery time is usually 1-3 working days depending on your location. Please allow extra time for delivery to rural areas.

We do not ship to PO Box addresses.

We currently only ship within New Zealand for website orders.  Any international customers please use the contact menu, and I can quote you the delivery cost for the items you would like to purchase.

Made to order and commission pieces may take up to 2-4 weeks please contact to discuss.

Due to your item being packaged, folds or kinks may appear on your hanging. Hang your item, simply and gently straighten out using your fingers. Some of the tassels and fringing may need a light brush with a fine tooth comb.

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
